This was a fun Adobe Live stream using Adobe Libraries and Adobe Express. I wanted to showcase how you could reuse assets from another project. This time we took plants from the Greenhouse Apartment project, recolored them, and created Halloween designs. A sort of comic page, as well as two botanical plates.

Haunted Botanical Garden, gray brick with yellow windows, plants and Halloween assets in each window. Bonsai tree saying "feelin' cute, might die later" and spider saying "I don't remember planting this."

Botanical Plates

The botanical plates would be displayed on a small sign near the plant. Sometimes they simply state the common and scientific names, other times like these they have more interesting information.

Haunted Botanical Garden, spider plant botanical plate, named "medusa plant" lapis serpens. Try not to be captivated by it's beauty. It thrives in rocky soil conditions. Immortal, good plant for beginners. Avoid direct sunlight! Perennial. Diagram of hypnotic leaf structure.
Haunted Botanical Garden, burros tail botanical plate, named "kraken cactus" cephalopoda cactaceae. Sprawling branches choke out other plants. Can grow up to 200ft if given enough space. Do not water! Perennial. 200ft plant, person for scale.
